The sub frame ready to put back in. I think thou that I’ll have it powder coated once I know it fits because there are already some rusty spots although it’s never been used.
I’ve put some tape on the carburetors and some paper strips on the bonnet so I can measure the space between them.
I Left the spacers out and the bonnet closes nicely. There’s about 5mm between the top of the carburetors and the bonnet.
Leaving the spacers out means I don’t need to put spacers under the steering rack.
Good thing for the MOT.
