Honing the cylinder liners

Trunk full of parts and tools to overhaul the engine (again) (it’s becoming to be a habit).



Repairing the cylinder liners. Luckily none of them were badly damaged, only some small scratches to hone.



Not much damage but it still took me the whole day to get them done.


The little blue bottle is filled with Sunnen Honing Oil to grease and to cool the honing stones.

Finally there all done and I’m very pleased with the result. Everything is still within prescribed tolerances.
