EFI part 7; fuel level sender and pick up

 

When this was done I took care of the external surface, as this was in a fair condition it only needed some cleaning up and a layer of black anti rust paint.

 

glued the rubber strips back on the tank,

As you can see this fuel pick up pipe misses the inside tank filter but as the original filter from the former tank didn’t have the same diameter I decided to have an external filter in line before the high pressure fuel pump.

 

A new TR8 fuel level sender was installed along with the original pick up pipe witch I gave a good clean and a layer of fuel tank sealer before installation.
